BISSERU has created a range of products for all branches of the military as well as different law enforcement agencies.  The products are designed and manufactured to U.S and European military specifications (MilSpec) and are based upon the extensive past experience of staff, a thorough understanding of current operational needs, as well as end-user equipment requirements.

SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT

RETURNS & REFUNDS (INDIVIDUAL) .

An individual can return any item for a refund, within 5 days of receiving the order.  
If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order through our website or at our store. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out.
All items must be returned in original condition, including possible manufacturer packaging, tags, and any accessories. Shoes should be tried on indoors.
​Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

BISSERU  will only supply goods to government agencies - either directly through a formal tender or procurement exercise or to an individual/group where the end-user can be validated.
BISSERU takes data protection seriously, using extreme care for all the information that we collect or receive from our customers. 
In order to use BISSERU's services, the customer must accept the methods of data collection and processing described in this Privacy Notice.
